Rayon Based Graphite Felt

BZNCarbon’s rayon based graphite felt is manufactured from viscose fiber derived from purified cellulose (from wood pulp or cotton linters) and processed into high-performance carbon felt via wet spinning and graphitization.

Our rayon-based graphite felt offers exceptional thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, high purity, and excellent flexibility. It is ideal for applications requiring clean, stable, and durable thermal management at extremely high temperatures.

Description

Rayon graphite felt is engineered to perform in high-temperature environments up to 2800°C under inert atmospheres. It exhibits superior heat resistance, low ash content, no oil contamination, and smooth texture. Its fine fiber structure (15.5 μm) ensures consistent performance for demanding vacuum and furnace systems.

Application Areas

  • High-temperature vacuum and inert gas furnaces

  • Semiconductor and crystal growth processes

  • Aerospace thermal insulation

  • Battery and energy storage equipment

  • Thermal shielding in R&D and nuclear labs
