Molded Graphite
At BZNCarbon, we produce and supply high-quality molded graphite materials in various sizes and densities, designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-temperature and chemically aggressive industrial environments.
We offer molded graphite with bulk densities of 1.78 g/cm³, 1.85 g/cm³, and 1.90 g/cm³, all manufactured with excellent dimensional stability and purity.
Category: Graphites
Tag: Molded Graphite
Description
What Is Molded Graphite?
Molded graphite is a synthetic carbon material formed by compressing graphite powder into blocks or rounds under high pressure using a molding process. The result is a strong, isotropic graphite material with fine grain size and excellent thermal stability.
Applications
Molded graphite is widely used in:
Aerospace components
Semiconductor and solar photovoltaic industry
Casting of hard alloys
Electronic sintering molds and dies
EDM and spark erosion
Glass and ceramic forming
Medical and chemical processing equipment
Its machinability and stability make it ideal for both structural and thermal management components in critical industries.
Key Features
Excellent electrical conductivity
High thermal conductivity
Corrosion and chemical resistance
Dimensional stability under extreme temperatures
Isotropic and self-lubricating
Suitable for precision machining
Long service life even in corrosive or reactive atmospheres
