Description

Insulation graphite felt is a high-performance thermal material manufactured from carbon fibers through controlled graphitization. Known for its excellent thermal resistance, lightweight structure, and corrosion protection, it serves as an effective insulator in extremely high-temperature settings.

We offer three types of insulation graphite felt based on the base material:

  • PAN-based graphite felt

  • Rayon-based graphite felt

  • Petroleum coke-based graphite felt

These are available as either soft or rigid felt, and can be processed at temperatures of 1100°C, 1800°C, 2200°C, or 2600°C, with optional purification for ultra-high purity demands.

Application Areas

  • Thermal insulation in vacuum or inert gas furnaces

  • Aerospace and aviation components requiring corrosion resistance

  • Crystal growth and semiconductor processing

  • Battery and energy storage systems

  • High-temperature sealing, gasketing, and shielding materials

  • Nuclear and defense-related technologies
