What Are Carbon Composite U and L Profiles?
These are specially shaped carbon-carbon composite components made from layers of carbon fiber woven in 2D or 2.5D configurations. The resulting U and L profiles are lightweight, extremely heat resistant, and exhibit minimal thermal expansion — making them ideal for use as structural or heating support elements within furnace systems.
