Heating Insulation Graphite Barrel

BZNCarbon manufactures premium heating insulation graphite barrels, designed for high-temperature applications in vacuum and inert environments. These barrels are produced using rigid graphite felt—available in both PAN-based and Rayon-based grades—and processed at 2200°C or 2600°C for outstanding structural and thermal performance.

Description

Graphite insulation barrels serve as thermal shields or containment layers in high-temperature systems. They are made by bonding rigid graphite felt boards into cylindrical forms that offer excellent heat insulation, low thermal conductivity, and long operational life. These barrels are customizable in thickness, diameter, and height to suit various industrial furnaces and reactors.

Application Areas

  • Crystal growth furnaces (CZ, Bridgman methods)

  • Vacuum and inert gas sintering systems

  • Photovoltaic and semiconductor heat chambers

  • Aerospace thermal containment

  • Nuclear insulation and shielding systems
