Thermal Insulation Graphite Barrel

BZNCarbon manufactures precision-engineered graphite insulation barrels using rigid graphite felt, either PAN-based or Rayon-based, for extreme-temperature thermal protection applications. These barrels are processed at 2200°C or 2600°C and tailored to meet diverse industrial furnace and insulation needs.

Description

Graphite insulation barrels are cylindrical insulation structures made from rigid graphite felt. These parts are engineered to provide exceptional thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, and dimensional consistency in ultra-high-temperature environments. They are widely used as insulation walls in vacuum and inert gas furnaces.

Available in PAN or Rayon-based options, barrels can be customized in height, thickness, and internal diameter. Both offer excellent carbon purity and low ash content, with Rayon-based barrels providing slightly lower thermal conductivity for improved energy efficiency.

Application Areas

  • Thermal insulation for crystal growth furnaces

  • Semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing equipment

  • Vacuum and high-temperature processing furnaces

  • Aerospace and nuclear shielding applications

  • Custom reactor linings and chamber enclosures
